Shipping Policy
Average cost of shipping single items is about $6. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise indicated. Customers will be notified via email or phone when their package ships and a tracking number will be provided. Please be certain to provide a valid shipping address for delivery. You should always provide an address where someone will be available to accept your order. To facilitate the timely delivery of our product, we do allow, and encourage, customers to ship to addresses other than their billing address if there will not be anyone present at the billing address to accept the order. In the event that FedEx cannot deliver the package due to either an invalid shipping address provided by the customer or the absence of anyone at that address to accept the package, Bubbas Texas Burger Shack will not accept responsibility for any spoilage or theft or lost items that may be caused by this delay. Should your package arrive spoiled or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If we determine that the mistake was through no fault of your own, we will gladly refund your money or ship you a replacement order.
